Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tadbeer / Domestic Workers Services.
Strong sales and customer service experience.
Experience handling leads, walk-in clients, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
Knowledge of domestic worker services and Tadbeer procedures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Professional, energetic, and customer-focused.
UAE experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads.
Handle client inquiries and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable domestic workers based on client needs.
Convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with clients until the service is completed.
Coordinate with the operations team when required.
