About the Role
DNK Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales who are passionate about building a career in sales. No prior real estate experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, qualified leads, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dubai real estate projects.
- Schedule meetings and property viewings for interested clients.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist senior sales consultants in closing deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and developer offers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM knowledge is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
