To strengthen its Management Company oversight and control framework, we are currently seeking an analytical and technology-oriented professional to join the team in Basel.

Your Responsibilities:

As Governance, Risk & Automation Specialist, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company's control, monitoring and governance framework. Working closely with various stakeholders across the organization, you will play a key role in improving processes, strengthening oversight activities and utilizing data more effectively to support decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and further developing the Internal Control System (ICS)
• Monitoring and assessing control effectiveness across business processes
• Supporting Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and related governance activities
• Monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and performing data-driven analyses
• Preparing and enhancing risk and management reporting for senior management and governance committees
• Supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities and related framework maintenance
• Contributing to Fund Risk Oversight activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve controls, data quality and operational processes
• Driving automation initiatives for reporting, monitoring and control processes
• Analyzing and processing large data sets to support risk management and operational decision-making
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Compliance, Fund Management and other business functions

Your Profile:

We are looking for a proactive and intellectually curious professional who combines strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in governance, risk oversight, data management and process improvement.

Your qualifications and experience include:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field
• Initial to several years of professional experience within asset management, fund administration, management companies, consulting, audit, risk management or a comparable environment
• Exposure to Swiss and/or Luxembourg fund structures and regulatory frameworks is considered a strong advantage
• Understanding of governance, oversight and control frameworks within a regulated financial environment
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting and process automation
• Practical experience with Python, databases and advanced Excel applications
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented working style
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and willingness to learn
• Excellent English skills; German is considered an advantage
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required
• Willingness to work 100% on‑site
