Job Description -

Inviting applications for the role of Solution Architect, Director or Senior Director, Kinaxis!

In this role, you’ll serve as a Kinaxis Solution Architect, designing and guiding enterprise-level Kinaxis Maestro solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, future-ready Kinaxis Maestro solutions across enterprise landscapes, integrating with multi-platform ecosystems

• Lead design sessions, architecture reviews, and technical governance forums with CIOs, enterprise architects, and senior stakeholders

• Translate complex technical designs into business-aligned strategies, considering automation, AI, and broader digital roadmaps

• Oversee large-scale implementation programs, managing vendor alignment, delivery risks, and technical KPIs

• Act as a trusted advisor for supply chain leaders, balancing business imperatives with platform capabilities and innovations

• Mentor solution consultants and technical leads, fostering innovation, technical depth, and delivery excellence

• Develop IP, accelerators, and reusable architecture frameworks to improve delivery speed and quality

• Contribute to business development efforts through technical solutioning, proposal leadership, and strategic account growth

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supply chain technology consulting, with a proven track record in leading Kinaxis Maestro architecture and delivery end-to-end

• Experience architecting and delivering multi-module Kinaxis solutions in global environments

• Strong grasp of enterprise integration, data modeling, and system scalability

• Demonstrated ability to engage senior business and IT leaders, driving consensus and strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Kinaxis Solution Architect Level 2 certified

• Fluency in a second European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) next to English

• Deep understanding of CPG-specific planning challenges and best practices

• Experience designing cloud migration strategies and hybrid architecture models

• Background in building and scaling reusable components, technical accelerators, or templates

• Track record of leading technical steering committees or influencing platform investments at the executive level
