Project Manager (Facilities Management)

Summary

Lead and manage Facilities Management (FM) projects, including feasibility studies, A&A works, upgrading, maintenance, and site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, client, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FM projects from planning through completion.

Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and resource allocation.

Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Ensure compliance with WSH, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.

Prepare project reports, budgets, and project documentation.

Requirement

Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline with at least three (3) years' relevant post-graduate experience; or

Diploma in a related discipline with at least five (5) years' relevant experience.

Experience in Facilities Management, A&A works, building maintenance, asset replacement, or project management is preferred.
