Intern/Working Student Performance Marketing (all genders)

Your future team You will be part of the Paid Search team: we run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across all Holidu domains and brands in Europe, on both sides of the marketplace, Guest (B2C, bookings) and Host (B2B, lead generation). We are a small, international and highly analytical team, we bid on value rather than on clicks, and we work AI-first: as marketers, we build our own analyses, automations and internal apps with LLM tooling, together with our MarTech team. You will have a dedicated mentor in the team from day one, and you will leave with skills almost nobody in the market has yet.

We offer two paid options for this role, both starting from October 2026 on a 6-month contract:

• Working Student - 20 hours per week during the semester (more during breaks if you'd like). You should be enrolled for at least another year and available to stay with us for 1 to 2 years.
• Full-time Internship - 40 hours per week, for 6-months only.

Please specify your preference when applying. Your role in this journey Skills You will work in our Paid Search team in order to drive the Holidu business and continually grow revenues and profitability. We work AI-first, so you will leave with skills almost nobody in the market has yet:

• Set up and launch international Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns alongside the team, and own one recurring area end-to-end
• Use AI tools (LLMs, our internal agents, scripts) to do in an afternoon what used to take a week (generating and localizing ad copy at scale, drafting analyses, building reporting)
• Monitor the metrics that matter (CTR, CVR, ROAS), form hypotheses about what you see, and turn them into improvements
• Build small tools and workflows that make the whole team faster. If a task is repetitive, it gets automated.

Your backpack is filled with

• You will be enrolled for at least another year in a university program, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• A proactive, quantitative mindset: you see a metric move and form a hypothesis about why, you are fast in spreadsheets and want to outgrow them, and you ask why rather than wait for instructions.
• You already use AI tools in how you work and study, and you're curious about pushing them further.
• Previous SEA or digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, any additional European language is a plus.
