What will you do

As Head of Growth you own the engine that turns visitors into customers across 26+ languages. You will:

• Own conversion end to end. You treat everything from first view to registration, across every channel, as one revenue-generating experience and optimize every step.
• Partner with product on the full funnel. Together with our Product Manager you drive product led growth and make the journey from first visit to paying customer perform at its best.
• Lead and inspire the growth team. You build a culture where testing beats opinions and speed beats perfection.
• Squeeze more out of what works. You optimize ROI, messaging, and targeting on our current channels until nothing is left on the table.
• Find the next wave of growth. You spot new channels, markets, and trends before they are obvious and turn them into sharp insights for growth.
• Own the story we tell. You sharpen our positioning across 26+ languages so the message lands locally without fragmenting globally.
• Turn past users into returning customers. You build the reactivation engine that brings users back to us, not a competitor.
• Run growth on evidence, not instinct. Every meaningful change ships as an A/B test, and every test teaches us something.
• Align the organization behind growth. You work directly with the management team and keep growth and product pulling in the same direction.

What are your responsibilities

• Full growth stack. All channels, paid and non-paid, in every market we operate in.
• Conversion growth. Increase conversions and conversion rate from first visit to registration.
• CAC and ROI mastery. The highest possible return on every euro spent, on every channel.
• Brand and positioning. How the market perceives us, from awareness to trust.
• Reactivation. Whether previous users choose us again when they return to the market.

Who you are

• Ambitious, with a stage to match. You want a place where your ceiling is set by your impact, and a role that stretches you.
• 6+ years in growth or performance marketing, including building and leading a team.
• Strategic and hands-on. Equally sharp in an MT discussion and able to successfully launch a new campaign or channel yourself before handing it over to a dedicated person.
• Experience in international B2C. You know high-volume funnels and what works in the Netherlands can fail in Brazil.
• Fluent across the channel mix. Paid, SEO/GEO/ASO, CRM, affiliate, content, social: you know when to double down and when to pull back.
• AI-fluent and endlessly curious. You make AI multiply your team’s output and spot new tools, channels, and shifts in behavior before others do.
• Driven by growth, full stop. You celebrate a winning A/B test on Friday and wonder on Monday why the effect is not bigger.
• A leader by energy and example. You make people better and roll up your sleeves first.
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, not a must.
