Description and Requirements

Help customers modernize their IT infrastructure with Lenovo. As an Inside Mid Market ISG Sales Specialist, you will work with customers, business partners, and account teams to identify, develop, and close infrastructure opportunities across Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) portfolio. Working primarily through virtual and digital engagement, you will help customers solve business challenges through solutions spanning servers, storage, hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, edge computing, and infrastructure services. What You'll Do:* Develop and progress ISG sales opportunities within assigned Mid Market customers.

• Partner with Client Managers to drive infrastructure growth and expand Lenovo's footprint.
• Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand business and technology needs.
• Position Lenovo infrastructure solutions and articulate business value, modernization benefits, and ROI.
• Support opportunities from qualification through closure, including solution positioning, pricing, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, business partners, and internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline while providing accurate forecasts and updates. What We're Looking For:* Experience in technology sales, business development, solution sales, presales, or account management.
• Understanding of datacenter, infrastructure, cloud, storage, server, virtualization, or related technologies.
• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a virtual or inside sales environment is an advantage.
