Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support supply chain operations by analyzing data, monitoring inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Support procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations through data-driven insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and service levels.
- Assist in managing supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy within supply chain systems and databases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations analysis is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
