🏨 What we're looking for: ✅ Previous experience as a General Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort

✅ Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, ideally with experience in Abu Dhabi

✅ Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence

✅ Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and creating a positive culture

✅ Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams

✅ Strong owner and stakeholder relationship management skills

✅ Commercially astute with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence
