Intern Product Operations, Local Shops - Quick Commerce

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and systems-minded Intern, to join our Product Operations, Local Shops team, who combines analytical rigor with strong project management skills. If you thrive in fast-paced, international environments, love building structured processes, and enjoy driving cross-functional alignment, this role is for you.

At Delivery Hero Local Shops team, you will be at the heart of growing our small and medium accounts across 60+ markets. In this role, you will own a portfolio of product enablement workstreams. You will work closely with central Product, Tech, and business functions as well as regional and local entity teams, driving everything from testing new features and preparing go-to-market documentation to evaluating initiative impact and coordinating complex, cross-functional feature rollouts.You will support smooth feature rollouts, help with partner enablement, and contribute to operational rigor across our onboarding and self-service ecosystem by:

Supporting Feature Rollouts: Support rollout schedules for new operational enablement capabilities, helping coordinate between central Product/Tech teams, regional stakeholders, and local operational leads to support smooth go-lives.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Support product teams with hands-on user testing, help validate new features, and assist with feedback loop collection prior to wide-scale deployment.

Documentation & Knowledge Enablement: Help build clear, operational documentation and user guides for regional and local teams to adopt new products.

Impact Measurement & Reporting: Help track post-launch adoption, support analysis of key performance metrics, and contribute to measuring the operational impact of feature rollouts to provide insights to relevant stakeholders.

You'll work within a highly international team: spanning 60+ markets, you’ll be exposed to a multi-cultural environment in the central team and interact with diverse regional and stakeholders from day one

You'll grow fast: the breadth of the role (analytics, operations, commercial) means you'll develop a rare mix of skills in a short time, and learn a lot

Academic Background: in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Some relevant experience: you have prior internship or practical experience in an analytical, operations, or project management role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or multinational environment.

System & Process-Oriented Mindset: Strong capability to map complex workflows, conduct root cause analysis, and design structured, scalable processes that resolve operational friction.

Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong ability to define what success looks like, determining what metrics to measure, mapping how leading and lagging indicators relate, and translating raw data into actionable insights

Stakeholder Management & Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable supporting alignment across cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, and regional business operators).

Proactivity & Ownership: Self-driven attitude with a bias for action, a curious mindset to ask the “why” and troubleshoot issues independently (leveraging AI tools to move faster and learn on the fly), and the drive to take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects.
