Senior Associate Supply Chain – Detailed Scheduler

More than 1,000 colleagues from 38 nationalities work together to ensure medicines are labeled, assembled, stored, and shipped to patients across nearly 100 markets in Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.

As part of our Supply Planning team, you will play a key role in ensuring a reliable and stable supply of medicines. You will manage short-term production schedules, coordinate capacity, and work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

What You Will Do

• Manage short-term production schedules for packaging lines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop production plans and manage orders, launches, and phase-in/phase-out activities.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor KPIs, including MPS stability, and drive improvement actions.
• Facilitate daily operational and weekly capacity meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create realistic and achievable supply plans.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.

What We Expect of You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain or production planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with GMP is an advantage, but not required.
• Interest in or experience with tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA is a plus.
• Willingness to work on site in Breda at least three days per week .
