Senior Associate Supply Chain Planner | Detailed Scheduler
About the Role
As a Detailed Scheduler, you will be responsible for short-term production and packaging planning, ensuring products are delivered on time while maintaining a stable and efficient supply chain. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage short-term production and packaging schedules.
- Monitor order execution and ensure timely product delivery.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and planning conflicts.
- Support product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
- Track and analyze operational KPIs and drive improvement actions.
- Facilitate daily operational and weekly capacity meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure realistic and executable plans.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation efforts.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and operational requirements.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, or Scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Passion for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA is an advantage.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus.
