Senior Associate Supply Chain Planner | Detailed Scheduler

About the Role

As a Detailed Scheduler, you will be responsible for short-term production and packaging planning, ensuring products are delivered on time while maintaining a stable and efficient supply chain. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage short-term production and packaging schedules.
  • Monitor order execution and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and planning conflicts.
  • Support product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
  • Track and analyze operational KPIs and drive improvement actions.
  • Facilitate daily operational and weekly capacity meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure realistic and executable plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation efforts.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and operational requirements.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, or Scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Passion for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA is an advantage.
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus.
