Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

What you will be doing

Work on assigned tickets (requests and issues) from start to end, including stakeholder dialogue, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions alongside our Technical Specialists

Assigned tickets can be related to user management, data management, reporting & automations

Ticket Management in ServiceNow

Recurring tasks such as updating currencies, Sandbox refresh & seeding

Stay up to date with latest Salesforce releases

Create and maintain applicable documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals and training materials

Testing

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience with user management, security, data management, reporting & Flows
• Knowledge or understanding of Apex is appreciated
• Experience with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
