That is why we continue to invest in development: in our people, our organisation and our profession.About the role As eDiscovery & Investigations Assistant, you will be part of our eDiscovery & Investigations team within the Legal Operations department — a multidisciplinary team that works closely with lawyers and clients to support and improve legal processes. You will be responsible for data handling and technical process support on eDiscovery and investigations projects, under the guidance of experienced specialists. De Brauw's eDiscovery team offers a great opportunity for anyone with an eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to learn more about the day-to-day workings of an internationally oriented law firm.What will you do?* Managing and processing data for eDiscovery and investigations projects.

  • Conducting document searches and data investigative analyses.
  • Providing technical process support within ongoing investigations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data-related workflows and actively contributing ideas.
  • Collaborating with the eDiscovery & Investigations team on a variety of assignments for different clients.

Who are you? You are flexible, stress-resistant and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. You also bring:* A background in technical or analytical studies, such as Business Analytics, Data Science or Computer Forensics.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented working style, ideally with relevant experience.
  • Availability of two days per week, with working days scheduled in agreement with you.
  • Confidence with Excel and the ability to quickly pick up new digital tools and platforms.
  • Previous knowledge of database management is a plus.
