YOUR IMPACT

As a DACH Campaign and Events Manager, you will be responsible for leading Redwood's regional marketing strategy across the DACH market by localizing global campaigns, driving demand generation, supporting strategic partnerships, and collaborating closely with sales and global marketing teams to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen Redwood's presence in the region.

  • Localize Redwood's global marketing programs for the DACH region across inbound, outbound, and event channels.

  • Drive regional demand generation initiatives that build pipeline and support sales targets.

  • Execute field marketing programs in close partnership with regional sales leadership.

  • Support Redwood's SAP partnership within the DACH region.

  • Adapt marketing content and messaging to resonate with German-speaking audiences.

  • Partner with global event teams to coordinate Redwood's presence at key events across Europe and the UK.

  • Manage regional digital marketing campaigns, including localization, execution, and performance tracking.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize regional marketing programs for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, ABM, Digital Marketing, and Content teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing; enterprise software experience preferred.

  • Strong experience in demand generation, field marketing, and event marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and content localization.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.

  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and adapting messaging to regional audiences.

  • Willingness to travel for events throughout Europe and the UK.
