IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and external vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, enterprise application, or software development projects.
• Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and change management practices.
