**The Role

The Associate / Senior Associate is the analytical engine room of our Riyadh deal team. You will own the financial modeling, lead the drafting of transaction documents, and coordinate due diligence processes for active M&A mandates.

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated LBO, DCF, Merger Models, and 3-statement forecasting models.

Deal Materials: Draft comprehensive CIMs, teasers, management presentations, and valuation reports.

Transaction Management: Coordinate data rooms, handle due diligence questions, and interface with buyers/sellers.

Market Research: Utilize financial tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet) to analyze industry trends and public comps.

Who You Are:

Experience: 2–5 years of experience within Investment Banking Advisory or a dedicated Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory team (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG). Title will be commensurate with experience.

Education: Strong academic background. An MBA or progress toward a CFA is highly advantageous.

Technical Mastery: Flawless financial modeling skills and deep familiarity with corporate valuation techniques.**
