Role Overview:

Our client, a Global Cards & Payments firm , is engaged with a leading bank in the UAE and is seeking to onboard a Junior Product & Analyst Manager. This is an embedded, Product Analyst role within Client’s Corporate Products team, deployed for a 12-month period as a dedicated Product Consultant. The resource will support daily product, analytics, onboarding, reporting, and portfolio management activities as part of Mastercard’s ongoing support to the Client.

The role is intended to help the Client achieve its corporate card strategic objectives by providing long-term, dedicated execution support, developing actionable portfolio insights, improving customer onboarding and activation, supporting BAU activities, and enabling better use of assets and resources where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Product Support:

  • Manage the operational onboarding process for new corporate customers, including tracking required actions, coordinating dependencies, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Support the setup of corporate customers on the Client’s internal platforms and ensure onboarding activities progress in line with agreed priorities.
  • Review onboarded customers to monitor activation, first usage, and early portfolio performance, andhighlight any gaps requiring attention.

Analytics, Portfolio Insights & Reporting:

  • Develop data-driven insights on the Client’s corporate card portfolio, including spend, transaction volumes, usage trends, activation, and customer-level performance.
  • Identify portfolio gaps, support performance analysis, and work with Client stakeholders to propose actions that optimise portfolio performance and growth.
  • Refresh relevant daily dashboards used by the Client’s Corporate Products team and support the development of regular reports for Client management and executive updates.

BAU, Growth Support & Governance:

  • Support BAU activities across business expansion plans, sales planning, performance monitoring, customer follow-up, and product execution priorities.
  • Monitor results of agreed activities, provide regular progress updates, and propose improvement measures where required to support the Client’s corporate card growth agenda.
  • Prepare and participate in progress update meetings and steering committee meetings, providing status updates against key performance indicators and agreed deliverables.
  • Leverage Mastercard assets and resources, where applicable, to support delivery of the above responsibilities.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for the Client’s sales team on dates and at times agreed with the Client in writing.
