Gap Year at Buena

Start 01.09-01.10 You won't shadow. You'll own real work from week one, ship a concrete deliverable in every rotation, and leave with a clear read on what you're good at. Then you decide whether you still need the degree you were about to start.

The year

You'll rotate through several of these teams, :3 months each. We choose the path mutually. People / HR. Help running the OS of Buena.

People / Recruiting (PortCo & HQ). Own a hiring pipeline and find the right people.

Ops / DD. Inside live acquisitions. Run the numbers.

Ops / PMI. Post-Merger Integration. Make another company part of Buena.

Engineering. Work on the software that runs property management at scale.

Product. Gather specs and understand what makes a great product.

Design. Ideate on good design with our Creative Director

This is for you if

• You're between Abitur and university, Bachelor and Master
• You're extremely ambitious
• You move fast, ask for feedback, and don't need someone to structure your day.
• You'd rather be uncomfortable and learning than comfortable and coasting.

This is not for you if

• You want a fixed job description and a clear ladder.
• You would settle for mediocracy
• You need a lot of hand-holding.
• You want a line on your CV for more than a year of real reps.
