Omnissa MDM Specialist

We are seeking a highly specialized Omnissa MDM Specialist to manage, secure, and optimize our corporate endpoint fleet. In this role, you will be the core administrator responsible for ensuring robust Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) through Omnissa MDM .

This is a highly technical role that requires deep, hands-on administration experience with Omnissa MDM to secure and maintain all mobile devices, laptops, and endpoints across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnissa MDM Administration: Handle full lifecycle management of corporate endpoints (laptops, mobile devices). Design, deploy, and enforce compliance policies, profile configurations, and secure application distribution.
• Enrollment & Device Provisioning: Oversee automated device onboarding and enrollment frameworks across multi-OS environments.
• Endpoint Security & Operations: Monitor endpoint security compliance, investigate non-compliant devices, enforce remote wiping/locking protocols, and integrate logs into the enterprise security ecosystem.
• Compliance Verification: Align endpoint configurations and security policies with internal governance guidelines and cybersecurity frameworks (such as NCA).

Qualifications

• Nationality: Saudi
• Technical Expertise: Strong, direct experience in administering Omnissa MDM (formerly VMware Workspace ONE).
• Background: 3-5 years of specialized experience within Endpoint Infrastructure Operations, UEM, or Mobile Security.
• Skills: Solid understanding of MDM enrollment protocols (Apple DEP/ABM, Android Enterprise, Windows Autopilot) and conditional access policies.
• Certifications: Official certifications in Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE (UEM) are highly advantageous.
