Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Draftsperson – AutoCAD to prepare accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation based on project requirements, specifications, and instructions from engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and details.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before preparing drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, project managers, architects, and other departments.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings based on comments and site requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions, standards, and company requirements.
• Prepare drawings for construction, fabrication, and installation purposes.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings based on site conditions and approved changes.
• Maintain proper records and revisions of drawings.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials, levels, and technical details.
• Follow drawing standards, title blocks, numbering systems, and document-control procedures.
• Support the project team with any additional drafting and technical documentation requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Draftsperson/Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, joinery, furniture, or building projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of construction details, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Good understanding of dimensions, scales, sections, elevations, and technical detailing.

• Experience preparing fabrication and installation drawings.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
