About the position:

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Artwork coordinator to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the European Portfolio and Innovation Growth team of EPDM (Europe & Pacific Developed Markets). You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to stakeholders (marketing, procurement, supply chain development, printers, factories and co-packers). The delivery of Artwork projects for products produced and sold in Western Europe will be your primary responsibility.

In brief, you are responsible to:

  • Lead, engage and manage cross-functional project teams and other collaborators to deliver artwork projects in agreed time, cost and quality.
  • Be responsible for the overview of projects to communicate the best delivery plan with the business.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvements to the artwork process and procedure.
  • Provide and register reference artworks, cutters, specific information (inc. symbols) for artwork creation purposes to the agency or marketing. Create printer reference codes and support parallel factory processes/systems in the set-up of artwork – across the KH supply network – and be the key point of contact for printers, inc. the commissioning of first productions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be educated to a degree level at minimum (HBO / bachelor).
  • 2+ years experience in the printed pack area.
  • Good understanding of pre-press- print production- and/or graphic design techniques and processes together with workflow practices.
  • Experience in a print- pre-press or graphics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer skills working with ESKO workflow and briefing tool.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong connector who is able to think constructively and who can act as a true owner.
  • Experience of working with multi-market- multi-brand organizations is a plus. Fluency in English.
