Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Reports to: P&C Operation Team Lead – MEA | Contract type: Full-time | Saudi National | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English and Arabic, written and verbal

As our new People & Culture (HR) Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations across the Middle East and Africa, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with local labor legislation, and contribute to delivering a seamless and positive employee experience. To succeed in this role, you will bring strong expertise in Saudi labor law and hands-on experience with relevant government HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and contract administration.
  • Maintain HR records and systems, monitor key employee milestones, and support payroll and monthly HR operations.
• Saudi HR & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and Saudization requirements.
  • Manage employee-related processes through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other government platforms, including work permits and Iqama administration.
• UAE & Regional HR Operations
  • Support employee lifecycle activities across the UAE, including onboarding, visas, benefits, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate with external partners and provide HR operational support across the wider MEA region.
• Employee Experience
  • Serve as a trusted HR contact, providing guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.
• HR Systems, Data & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate HR data and conduct regular data quality reviews.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and operational trackers to support business decisions.

What we need to see from you:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting multiple countries is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
