About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our KSA branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, HR reporting and compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable KSA regulations.

The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with practical knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, Saudization/Nitaqat, employment contracts and HR legal/compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters and employee records.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, absence and related HR records.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance.
  • Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and workplace concerns.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and prepare related HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
  • Manage and monitor employee contracts and HR transactions through Qiwa.
  • Coordinate employee registration, updates and records with GOSI.
  • Monitor Saudization/Nitaqat requirements and support compliance.
  • Monitor employee documentation, work permits and related HR requirements.
  • Support HR audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, turnover, attendance, leave, recruitment and employee movements.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and HRIS records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional HR support to employees and management.
  • Coordinate with external HR service providers, consultants and relevant government authorities when required.
  • Escalate complex labor-law or legal matters to the Regional HR Manager and/or authorized legal counsel.

Job Requirements / Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management or a related field.
  • HR professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is an advantage.
  • A Law degree or formal legal training is highly preferred.

Professional Experience

  • 3–4 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in Saudi HR operations and employee relations.
  • Practical experience with Qiwa and GOSI is mandatory.
  • Practical knowledge of Saudization/Nitaqat.
  • Experience with Saudi employment contracts and HR compliance.
  • Experience handling disciplinary and employee relations cases.
  • Experience supporting payroll and HR reporting.
  • Experience in HR legal/compliance matters within a Saudi private-sector organization.

  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on Saudi HR professional who can independently manage the majority of the KSA branch's HR operations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and maintaining close coordination with the Regional HR function.

Candidates without practical KSA HR experience and Qiwa/GOSI exposure may not be considered.
