About Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Vestacy's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality brands possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for supporting profitable growth across the DACH business through data-driven recommendations on pricing, promotions, assortment and trade investment. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, the role identifies growth opportunities, improves commercial decision-making and helps embed Revenue Growth Management capabilities and tools across the organization. The position acts as a key business partner, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations that drive revenue, margin and market share growth.
Your responsibilities
This role is part of the DACH Commercial organization and works closely with local and global cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies that balance topline growth and profitability.
- Analyse pricing, promotion and assortment performance across channels, customers and categories.
- Generate actionable insights from internal and external data sources, including retailer, consumer and market data.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend actions to optimize return on investment and trade spend efficiency.
- Support annual pricing reviews and in-market price increase initiatives.
- Conduct SKU and portfolio profitability analyses and identify assortment optimization opportunities.
- Develop regular RGM reporting and dashboards to support business performance reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams to support commercial planning and decision-making.
- Support the implementation and adoption of RGM tools, processes and best practices in collaboration with Global RGM teams.
- Deliver analyses and recommendations that improve Net Revenue, Gross Margin and overall business performance.
- Build RGM capability across the organization through training, education and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to strategic projects related to pricing, promotions, category growth and channel development
The experience we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Commercial Finance or Pricing.
- Experience analyzing commercial and financial data to support business decisions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investment and commercial performance drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data interpretation capabilities.
- Experience using syndicated market data (NIQ/Nielsen, Circana, Consumer Panel or equivalent).
- Ability to translate analyses into clear and actionable business recommendations.
Nice to have:
- Experience within the DACH retail environment.
- Experience with pricing projects or promotion optimization initiatives.
- Exposure to Revenue Growth Management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of category management and shopper insights methodologies.
