Discover your exciting role The Expert Project Cost Control (m/f/d) ensures transparent financial performance through planning, analysis, and reporting while supporting management with actionable insights. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and compliance. This position is limited to two years. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and explain monthly financial results, KPIs, variances, and business performance drivers
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes for the assigned area
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management and business stakeholders
• Monitor costs, revenue, margins, working capital, and project or departmental financial performance
• Ensure accurate reporting, data quality, documentation, and compliance with internal finance standards
• Drive process improvements, reporting efficiency, and effective use of ERP and BI tools

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or similar
• Relevant professional training or certification in controlling or accounting preferred
• Several years of experience as a Cost Controller
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, Certified Controller, or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of German GAAP / HGB and statutory reporting requirements where applicable; good understanding of IFRS
• Fluent German and English skills
