Founded in 2003, Dominicé Asset Management is an independent Swiss asset management company specializing in Swiss real estate, alternative investment strategies, and wealth management. It currently manages more than CHF 1.3 billion across listed and unlisted Swiss real estate funds. As part of its strong growth trajectory, the firm continues to pursue an ambitious investment and acquisition strategy.

As part of the continued growth of our real estate business, we are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to play a key role in our fundraising activities, expand our investor base, and strengthen relationships with investors across Switzerland.

You will join a close-knit, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team within a fast-growing platform where initiative, autonomy, and ownership are encouraged. The role offers direct exposure to senior management and strategic projects, as well as the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the continued growth of our real estate business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a strong network of investors, including private banks, independent asset managers, family offices, pension funds, and other institutional investors.
• Participate in capital raising initiatives for our real estate funds and contribute to their continued growth.
• Manage and further develop relationships with existing private and institutional investors.
• Represent Dominicé at industry conferences and organize investor events.
• Work closely with the investment teams and senior management to implement commercial initiatives and strategic projects.
• Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials, and market communications.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5–10 years of experience in investor relations, fund distribution, or business development within the asset management industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss asset management market and real estate funds.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and German, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of English.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial orientation, and a genuine interest in business development.
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven personality, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Swiss nationality or a valid Swiss work permit.
