Day to Day

The HRBP will work directly with aligned sales markets in the EMEA Sales organisation. You will partner directly with Sales Directors and Senior Sales Directors in these markets, providing coaching, support and leadership, with a focus on performance management and employee relations matters. You will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning and day to day people activities of the Company.

Responsibilities

Provide consultation and improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities.
Interpret data, assess trends, and develop proactive solutions to promote business goals.
Provide HR counsel and a full range of generalist services to the organization within the HR Operations model, including but not limited to employee relations and compliance guidance.
Monitor and provide guidance to the business during annual processes such as performance reviews, calibration, employee survey action planning, compensation and rewards, and headcount planning.
Partner closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) groups, bring tolls to the business and identify areas where new programs may need to be designed.
Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams, working on or spearheading projects/programs.

Skills/Competencies

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
Demonstrated exceptional experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation experience.
Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer service and quality where customer service is paramount.
Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities while handling ambiguity and fluid situations in a faced-paced environment.
Solution-oriented with organizational acumen, common sense and pragmatism.

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 2 - Ireland 46,000 - 70,000 EUR per year
