Job Description

About the Role:

  • Prepare and verify cost estimates, including submissions from subcontractors and vendors.

  • Manage financial projections, budgeting, and expenditure control.

  • Prepare monthly payment claims and final accounts with complete supporting documentation.

  • Conduct site measurements and evaluate work done for payment claims and certifications.

  • Review tender specifications, evaluate submissions, and support contract documentation.

  • Assess and verify star rates to ensure alignment with fair market pricing.

  • Maintain and analyse cost data for future procurement reference.

About You:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation and contract administration.

  • Preferably a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers,

  • Knowledge of tendering, cost control, and contract documentation

  • Experience in preparing payment claims and final accounts

  • Ability to conduct site measurements and evaluate work progress

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills
