Job Title: PMO Support Consultant

Location: Dubai

About the Role:

• Seeking an experienced PMO Support professional to join our team for a large-scale implementation project.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project governance, documentation, and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage functional documents, BRDs, and functional specifications
• Support system requirement and DBA-related documentation where applicable
• Coordinate and support vendor selection and evaluation processes
• Prepare RFPs and manage activities until final vendor selection
• Support and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders
• Ensure PMO governance and project coordination for large-scale implementations
• Collaborate closely with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in functional consulting and PMO activities
• Hands-on expertise in BRD preparation and functional documentation
• Proven experience in RFP preparation and vendor management
• Solid understanding of implementation governance and project coordination
• Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
