Role Overview:

Managing the development of digital storefronts for an online store (mobile app and website), including the sale of clothing and accessories, with a focus on maximizing profit, improving user experience, and achieving key business metrics (conversion, average check, revenue, product satisfaction).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Storefront Development (Mobile App / Website):

  • Managing sales through digital channels (clothing, accessories, cross-categories) with a focus on maximizing profit, increasing conversion, and average order value (AOV)
  • Understanding product categories and seasonality in fashion retail

2. Product Analytics & Systems Thinking

  • Building a Metric Tr ee: decomposing business metrics into actionable product hypotheses
  • Understanding and managing functional and technical dependencies (dependencies between storefront, search, filters, cart, integrations with ERP/WMS, loyalty systems, and recommendation engines)
  • Deep data analysis, hypothesis building, and data-driven decision making

3. Product Research & User Experience (Fashion):

  • Strong knowledge of th e Fashion mark et: understanding trends, behavioral patterns, competitive landscape, key sales scenarios, and digital e-commerce processes and main scenarios (serch, purchase, payment, try-on, returns, etc)
  • Building CJMs (Customer Journey Map), scenario analysis, identifying user pain points, applying the Job To Be Done (JTBD) framework)
  • Competitor analysis and implementing best practices of e-commerce digital user experience
  • Experience conductin g qualitative and quantitative resear ch (A/B tests, surveys, NPS, CES)

4. Tools & Prioritization:

  • Proficiency wit h AI too ls, design and prototyping tools, includin g Fig ma
  • Backlog prioritization using frameworks (RICE, ICE, or Weighted Scoring) aligned with OKRs

5. Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Working wit h both external tea ms (contractors, integrators, agencies) an d internal tea ms (development, design, marketing, merchandising, logistics)
  • Defining requirements for storefronts, recommendation systems, search, and other search result displays

Requirement:

  • Must-ha ve: Experience in e-commerce (fashion/retail preferred)
  • Must-ha ve: Fluent spoken Russian and English
  • Must-ha ve: Ability to build a Metric Tree and understand system dependencies
  • Must-ha ve: Experience conducting customer development interviews and quantitative surveys
  • Nice-to-ha ve: Knowledge of AI tools
