Business Transformation Consultant

We are looking for Business Transformation Consultants to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EPC, and FMCG environments. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting ERP-enabled transformations, designing performance frameworks, and delivering measurable business impact through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Salary Details

• Consultant: AED 6,000 - 8,000 per month
• Sr. Consultant: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business assessments and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement streamlined business processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Support ERP and digital transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through user adoption.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Analyze operational and business data to support decision-making and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Manage project plans, stakeholders, risks, and implementation activities.
• Drive process compliance, user adoption, and sustainable business improvements.

Key Requirements

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Automobile Engineering).
• 5+ years of experience for Consultant or 8+ years for Sr. Consultant.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EPC, or FMCG environments.
• Hands-on ERP exposure and proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of business processes across procurement, planning, inventory, operations, delivery, and finance.
• Experience in process improvement, business transformation, and performance management.
• Knowledge of costing, variance analysis, business metrics, and operational performance improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to quantify business impact and translate operational improvements into measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments.
