Title: SME – Finacle LMS Islamic / Senior Business Consultant

Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SME – Finacle LMS Islamic / Senior Business Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Finacle Loan Management System (LMS) , particularly within Islamic Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing for Finacle LMS Islamic modules.
• Plan, execute, validate, and monitor EOD/BOD batch processes.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage test data for LMS execution.
• Execute manual test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Track, analyze, and manage defects through closure.
• Support automation testing teams by providing accurate and updated test data.
• Analyze business requirements and validate LMS functionalities.
• Support Finacle implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Coordinate with business, technology, testing, and implementation teams.
• Ensure end-to-end quality assurance and successful LMS delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle LMS implementation, testing, and support.
• Strong expertise in Finacle LMS – Islamic Banking .
• Strong understanding of EOD/BOD batch planning, execution, validation, and monitoring.
• Experience in test data creation and management.
• Strong understanding of manual testing and test case execution.
• Knowledge of automation testing and automation test data management.
• Experience in defect tracking, test execution, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end LMS quality assurance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Islamic Banking products and processes.
• Exposure to Finacle upgrades, migration, and integration testing.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technology, testing, and implementation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Finacle LMS Islamic Banking SME with extensive hands-on experience in LMS implementation and testing, strong knowledge of EOD/BOD processes, and the ability to manage test data while supporting both manual and automation testing activities.
