Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Degree in Food Science, B.S. Degree in Food ‎Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from an ‎accredited University

Experience and knowledge:‎

· Experience in similar position and food industry of 6 years.

Main tasks and ‎responsibilities:‎

·        Supervise staff in monitoring all process parameter and conformity of finished products to

specifications.

·        Review all process control checklists and submit reports to the quality manager for review

·        Specification review according to process updates ‎

·        Collaborate with other departments regarding any quality-related issues

·        Implement and create new systems ISO 22000, 9001, and BRC as per management. ‎

·        Implement and verify HACCP plans, Quality Manual, Recall program, traceability drills, product coding, labeling ‎and tagging system, continuous improvements, 5S, GMP and hygiene compliance ‎

·        Prepare and review quality-related reports and submit to Quality Manager on a scheduled basis.

·        Analyze & review customer and consumer complaints, non-conformities, and feedback and conduct

the ‎investigation for root cause, CAPA implementation review ‎

·        Plan QC staff work duty schedule and responsibilities

·        Prepare purchase requisitions for all quality-related needed resources

·        Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and

surveillance ‎audits

·        Support & assist the quality manager for all quality-related programs and activities such as:‎

·        developing processes, specifications and critical control points in manufacturing for on-going quality

‎assurance of all finished products ‎

·        ensuring compliance with regulatory & statutory requirements such SFDA, SASO, BALADIA, and ‎

customer requirements

·        working with marketing and research teams with regards to the approval of artworks and designs of

packing materials ‎

·        assist during the training the team for the development of Food Safety, SFDA/SASO/BALADIA, and

following their ‎requirements and implementing the standards
