Senior C++ Software Engineer – HFT
Compensation: Up to $225,000 base + bonus
International relocation supported
Location: UAE
A highly technical quantitative trading firm is expanding its engineering team in the UAE and looking to hire experienced C++ Software Engineers .
The firm operates at the intersection of high-frequency trading and advanced AI , developing autonomous agents to predict and trade across global Equities and Futures markets .
You will work across the full trading stack , building and optimising high-performance, real-time systems where latency and reliability are critical.
The Role
- Develop high-performance, low-latency systems in modern C++
- Build infrastructure supporting autonomous trading agents
- Work across market data, exchange connectivity and execution
- Profile and optimise latency-critical systems
- Partner closely with quantitative researchers and traders
Ideal Background
- Strong modern C++ engineering experience
- Experience in HFT, electronic trading, market making or performance-critical systems
- Strong Linux and systems knowledge
- Experience with concurrent, real-time and latency-sensitive applications
