Flooring Site Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Site Supervisor to support our flooring projects across Dubai and the UAE. The role involves supervising flooring installation works at project sites, conducting site visits, coordinating with site personnel and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise flooring installation works including self-levelling, carpet, LVT, SPC, vinyl, and other flooring materials.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, measurements, and follow-ups as required.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, clients, and installation teams.
• Monitor site progress and report any issues or requirements to the office.
• Deliver and collect samples, materials, and project documents as required.
• Assist with site coordination, snagging, and completion checks.

Requirements

• UAE Driving License required.
• Previous experience in site supervision, flooring, fit-out, or construction preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic ability to understand drawings and site requirements.
• Familiarity with Dubai/UAE locations.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to travel to different project sites.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month, depending on experience. Additional benefits such as mobile allowance, petrol, parking expenses, and other company-provided support will be included.
