Landscape Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Site Analysis: Research land conditions, including soil composition, rock stability, and existing vegetation.
• Grading and Drainage: Design systems for stormwater management, erosion control, and proper land grading.
• Blueprints and Technical Drawings: Create precise 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) models, specifications, and working construction documents.
• Project Management: Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, establish timelines, and oversee contractors on-site.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plans meet local environmental laws, zoning rules, and engineering safety codes

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, civil engineering, or a closely related environmental science field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and surveying tools.
• Experience: Generally requires 2 or more years of practical industry experience in design, site planning, or construction management.
• Licensing: Professional licensure or registration depending on local regional regulations

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
