The Workplace Operations and Wellbeing Manager

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and highly organized Part-Time Workplace Operations & Culture Manager (Monday to Thursday) to join our People & Culture team! This is a part-time (20 hours/week), on-site role, you will be the heart of our Amsterdam office, ensuring our local workspace is welcoming, safe, and engaging. Beyond the local office, you will also take global ownership of our workplace operations building out the policies, processes, and wellbeing data tracking that keep our international teams aligned, happy, and productive.
In Amsterdam, you’ll join a diverse team of about 20 colleagues - and become the friendly face that keeps the office feeling good, looking great, and running efficiently.
As our Workplace Operations and Wellbeing Manager, you’ll report to the Team Lead for Workplace & Wellbeing (based in Paris) and work closely with peers in Berlin, Copenhagen, Spain, Paris. You’ll also collaborate regularly with IT and our local team in Amsterdam.

Your role as a Office & Feelgood Coordinator
Your responsibilities will include:
Global Operations, Policy & Data
- Build & standardize policies: Spearhead the creation and implementation of workplace policies and processes for our local and global offices.
- Empower local teams: Act as the primary guide for local teams internationally, ensuring clarity, harmony, and consistency in how our workplace policies are applied.
- Track wellbeing OKRs: Develop and manage data tracking systems for workplace and employee wellbeing initiatives, ensuring we are hitting our strategic goals and OKRs mainly on Notion.
- Drive continuous improvement: Constantly look for both small tweaks and systemic improvements that elevate the employee experience across all locations.
Local Amsterdam office & culture
- Office management: Keep our Amsterdam Houthavens office tidy, fully stocked (snacks, coffee, supplies), and welcoming for everyone.
- Event & culture champion: Organize engaging team socials, after-work events, and internal celebrations.
- Memorable transitions: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring everyone's first and last days are seamless and memorable.
- Vendor & safety management: Manage relationships with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landlords) and take ownership of workplace safety tasks, supporting local safety representatives.
- Space curation: Take care of office plants and ensure a consistently clean, safe, and inspiring physical workspace.
- Internal communications: Keep the team informed with clear, engaging updates regarding events, office news, and policy changes.
About you
- Experience: Proven background in workplace operations, office coordination, hospitality, event management, or a similar field.
- Strategic & operational: You aren't just a doer; you know how to build processes from scratch, write clear policies, and track data to measure success.
- Language skills: Proficient in English (our company language) and conversational Dutch.
- Organized & proactive: Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude. You see a problem and build a process to solve it.
- Approachable & warm: You have a welcoming presence and excellent interpersonal skills, making everyone feel at home.
- Bonus points: Previous experience with managing OKRs!
