POSITION

Technical Remote Support
Call Center Agent

LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
EXPERIENCE: 3–5 years
SALARY: To be determined based on qualifications and interview.

Key Responsibilities:

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, or Customer Support.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and remote troubleshooting.
• Experience using CRM or Ticketing Systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have a valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.
• The candidate must be legally eligible to transfer sponsorship, and sponsorship will be transferred to Parkonic Company upon hiring.

Requirements:

Skills:

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote support tools.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Record support activities using CRM/Ticketing systems.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
