Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews and RetrospectivesSupport Backlog Refinement and ensure user stories and backlog items are ready for developmentCoach Agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean-Agile principlesPromote self-organization, self-management and continuous improvement within Agile teamsIdentify and remove impediments affecting team performance and deliveryMonitor team progress using Agile metrics and support continuous workflow optimizationPromote built-in quality practices such as TDD, Continuous Integration and quality standardsSupport teams during Innovation & Planning (IP) IterationsPrepare, facilitate and participate in PI PlannigEnsure alignment of team objectives with Agile Release Train (ART) goalsCoordinate cross-team dependencies, risks and impediments within the ARTSupport System Demos and ensure deliverables are ready for integrationCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, stakeholders and other Scrum MastersAct as a Lean-Agile Change Agent and support Agile transformation initiativesCoach team members and stakeholders on SAFe roles, practices, events and processesPromote SAFe values, Agile mindset and a culture of continuous improvementSupport teams in understanding their role within the wider ART and enterprise organization
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Academic degree, vocational qualification or comparable professional educationScrum Master certification requiredSAFe certification mandatorySeveral years of professional experience as a Scrum Master / SAFe Scrum MasterMinimum 3 years of relevant professional experienceProven experience working in scaled Agile environmentsStrong practical knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Lean-Agile methodologiesExperience with Agile Release Trains (ART), PI Planning and cross-team dependency managementStrong coaching, facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skillsExperience supporting Agile transformation and organizational changeIndependent, solution-oriented and servant-leadership mindsetFluent or professional working proficiency in German and EnglishExperience working in Germany or comparable international corporate environments is advantageous
