We are looking for practical Electrical Engineers who do not only want to sit behind a desk, but who enjoy being involved in technical work, production, maintenance, improvements and the reliability of installations.

You could be a good fit if you:

🔹 Speak Afrikaans and English well

🔹 Have a Bachelor’s, BTech, BEng, National Diploma or similar qualification in Electrical Engineering

🔹 Have 2–5 years’ experience in an industrial, manufacturing, energy, mining, utilities or high-tech environment

🔹 Have experience with electrical maintenance, fault finding, inspections, installations or technical improvements

🔹 Have knowledge of motors, drives, LV/MV systems, panels, PLCs, instrumentation or production equipment

🔹 Are practical, hands-on and able to work well with maintenance, production and project teams

🔹 Are motivated to work abroad and grow long-term in the Netherlands

🔹 E&I Engineers

🔹 Mechatronics Engineers with strong electrical exposure

Why do South Africans fit so well?

Afrikaans is closely related to Dutch. This helps a lot when you need to understand Dutch safety instructions, manuals, work procedures and signage on the work floor. For technical roles in the Netherlands, this often makes the adjustment easier and faster.
