Job description

Start date: as soon as possible

Duration: minimum 12 months, maximum 24 months

Location: Düsseldorf (Germany)

Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible

 

Role:

Join our Global Employer Branding & Onboarding team and help bring our employer brand to life through university marketing, talent relations and community events. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership, contribute your own ideas, collaborate with colleagues across teams and gain hands-on experience in a truly international environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning, organizing and executing career fairs, internal and external events, and other Employer Branding activities

  • Event Logistics: Coordinate event logistics (materials, registrations, documentation, and on-site preparation) to ensure a seamless event experience

  • Event Communication: Help create engaging event communications (e.g., photos, videos, invitations, reminders, and follow-ups).

  • Event Support: Take an active role in bringing events to life by providing hands-on support before, during, and after the events.

Your qualifications:

  • Education: You are an enrolled student in HR, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: You have initial experience supporting events or coordinating multiple tasks and are confident using Microsoft Office 365.

  • Organization: You are organized, proactive, and enjoy a hands-on way of working.

  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills and are passionate about HR, Employer Branding, or Community Management.

  • Languages: You are fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.

  • Availability: You are available to work 20 hours per week and enjoy being part of an on-site team. As this role is highly collaborative and event-driven, we expect you to work primarily from our office.
