About The Role

We are seeking an IT Controller with a hands-on mindset to manage day-to-day IT cost control, ensure compliance with finance requirements, and support budgeting, and forecasting for European subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and reconcile IT OPEX / CAPEX, cost centers, and projects

Manage invoice reconciliation

Keep track of savings and efficiencies

Reporting, budgeting & Forecasting

Prepare variance analyses, accruals, and month-end close support for IT

Maintain IT cost models, allocations/chargebacks, and service cost transparency

Build dashboards and reports for IT leadership and finance

Track run-rate vs. plan; identify savings opportunities and risks

Support business cases and ROI / TCO analyses for IT initiatives

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (achieved or ongoing education) in finance, accounting, information technology, or related field

1-3+ years in IT controlling / finance or similar role

Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and data analysis tools

Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals

English on B2 + level

Good communication and stakeholder management

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with deadlines and audits.
