About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting and escorting guests, handling luggage, responding to enquiries, arranging amenities, fulfilling special requests, and anticipating individual needs and expectations.

• Manage guest registration, cashiering, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining seamless guest interactions, recognition, and adherence to established service standards.

• Provide food and beverage service by accurately taking orders, maintaining comprehensive menu knowledge, preparing service areas, and serving and clearing items efficiently in line with operational standards.

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, stock levels, and operational readiness of the Butler Pantry, Reception Desk, guest areas, and service stations to ensure a professional environment.

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving complaints within assigned authority levels and escalating issues to management when required.

• Ensure full compliance with hotel policies, HACCP requirements, health, safety and environmental standards, grooming guidelines, quality procedures, and company code of conduct while maintaining a professional appearance and punctuality.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Relevant Technical/Vocational Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 1–2 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment with diverse teams and guests.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
