As a key member of our Front-of-House team, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring and supporting your team to uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests with speed, precision, and professionalism.
• Ensure dishes are delivered to the correct table and guests according to service standards.
• Maintain excellent awareness of table numbers, seat positions, and guest requirements.Assist Waiters, Supervisors and Chef de Pass throughout service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support table setup, clearing, resetting, and maintaining impeccable floor presentation.
• Ensure all food is presented correctly before leaving the pass.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across the restaurant.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and the service team wherever possible.
• Respond to guest requests in a warm, professional, and discreet manner.
• Maintain composure and efficiency during high-volume and peak service periods.
• Follow all company standards regarding grooming, hygiene, health & safety, and guest service.
• Contribute positively to a high-energy, luxury lifestyle environment.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Runner, Food Runner, Commis Waiter, or similar role within a luxury restaurant, five-star hotel, beach club, or luxury lifestyle venue.
• Experience in an internationally recognized luxury lifestyle hospitality brand is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in Dubai or other major international hospitality markets is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Naturally energetic, polished, attentive, and guest focused.
• Strong sense of urgency without compromising service quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
