Barista

Role Description This full-time, on-site Barista role at MRJADE Holding is based in Dubai. The Barista prepares and serves a variety of coffee and other beverages, follows standardized recipes, and ensures consistent product quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee machines and related equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks or accompaniments, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and restocking supplies. The Barista welcomes guests, takes orders, processes payments, and provides attentive customer service to create a positive experience. The role also involves adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, supporting team members during busy periods, and following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Barista skills, including beverage preparation, equipment handling, and an understanding of coffee varieties and techniques.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests professionally and build positive relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members.
• Candidates should possess basic Food Preparation skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional barista or hospitality training is a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
