Waiter

• Welcome guests courteously and ensure a warm five-star dining experience
• Present menus with detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
• Take orders accurately and recommend food, beverages, and wine pairings
• Serve food and beverages according to luxury service standards and timing
• Ensure tables are immaculately set, clean, and maintained throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service
• Handle guest concerns discreetly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and service team for seamless operations
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards
• Assist in opening, closing, and mise-en-place duties
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a five-star hotel or luxury restaurant
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
• Strong grooming standards and professional appearance
• Knowledge of fine-dining service, food & beverage etiquette, and wine basics
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented, guest-focused, and service-driven attitude
