We are currently hiring smart, confident, and professional Sales Associates / Telesales Executives for our client.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling a UK customer base, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, following up with leads, understanding customer needs, explaining services clearly, negotiating professionally, and converting leads into confirmed sales.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of proven telesales experience
• Excellent spoken English and strong customer communication skills
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven personality
