Promoter

Promoter is responsible for actively promoting and selling the company's perfume products by engaging customers, understanding their fragrance preferences, providing product recommendations, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The position requires a confident, well-groomed, customer-focused and target-oriented individual with good knowledge of perfumes and fragrance notes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Actively promote and sell the company's perfume collections and products.
• Understand customer preferences, requirements and budget and recommend suitable fragrances.
• Explain perfume characteristics, fragrance notes, concentration, longevity and product benefits.
• Conduct perfume demonstrations, sampling and product trials for customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Promote new launches, special offers, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase sales value.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process.
• Ensure perfumes and promotional materials are properly displayed and attractively presented.
• Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager about low-stock or out-of-stock items.
• Ensure proper replenishment of products and testers.
• Check that testers, price tags, promotional materials and displays are available and properly maintained.
• Maintain proper knowledge of all assigned perfume products, including new launches.
• Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions and customer preferences and report relevant information to management.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other required reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback and promotional activities.
• Follow company policies, store procedures, grooming standards and disciplinary requirements.
• Maintain punctuality, attendance and professional conduct at all times.
• Support in-store events, exhibitions, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and sales team to achieve overall store objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelore degree or Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in perfume, cosmetics, beauty, luxury retail sales are preferred.
• Experience as a Perfume Promoter, Sales Promoter, Beauty Advisor or Sales Associate will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of perfume types, fragrance families and perfume notes is preferred.
• Retail sales experience in the UAE is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
